Truly cross-functional teams planning together regularly with everyone in the room is the unlock. Clear, shared goals. Visible work. Open conversations about risks and unknowns. Stop sending everything up the chain just to come back down. When teams align directly, flow improves naturally. Less thrash. Less rework. More momentum. Alignment is not overhead. It is what makes speed possible.
